On My Mind

From time to time I share interesting and informed thoughts on leadership, mental health, legacy and grief.

  • I have just completed the final pages of my death binder and feel both relieved and proud. Kelly Campbell guided me through this process in a caring and organized way. She supervised these illuminating tasks in a friendly and professional manner. The last thing I want is to be a burden to my family when I die, and this process has removed that worry. We all need to celebrate our lives and organize our deaths. This is the best way to accomplish that.

  • I initially thought we were well prepared with our updated Wills and Powers of Attorney, but we had overlooked the very important areas like documenting an Advanced Care Directive, creating a Memorandum of Wishes, and reflecting on our personal legacy. These additions will undoubtedly guide us and our family in making thoughtful decisions and focusing on what truly matters to us. Thank you so much for your invaluable guidance in helping us navigate this process.

  • With each session Kelly grounded and held a space for me to clearly look at what was present, lighting up key areas of exploration with openness, acceptance and a steady honouring of the gems of truth and integrity that arose.  I came out of each session with an aliveness, a self-assurance, and a sense of inner knowing.  It was with this new awareness, these treasures and tools, I was able to step forward choosing not the popular or 'right' decision, but the decision that came from within me, that resonated and rang true for me.

  • Kelly's beautifully supportive approach allowed me to lean into the wisdom that I already had about where I needed to focus more of my attention and energy. She also created an amazing space for me to explore the possibilities of expanding my own grief education work.  This coaching lit my soul on fire and I have since launched a consulting company with a business partner and am working towards fulfilling some big dreams.  I'm so grateful to Kelly for her coaching skill, empathy and support.

  • As we started working together, Kelly made understand the disconnect I felt with my workplace– that my values were no longer in alignment with where I worked. Kelly helped me focus on where I needed to put my energy, and helped me take some tangible next steps. More than that, through our work together I started to reframe what I had seen as deficits, developed a better sense of myself and my value as an employee, and felt empowered to ask for what I needed – without guilt or shame.   m
