Together we will walk through the death planning process step-by-step, collecting the information necessary to complete your plan, focusing on the following key areas:
-Creating your advanced care directive (aka living will) to outline your medical treatment preferences in case you become incapacitated.
-Deciding on burial or cremation, select service providers, and outline preferences for memorial/celebration services.
-Organizing your digital assets (e.g. social media accounts) and decide how they should be handled after you're gone.
-Transforming how you preserve & pass down the important stuff like your values, memories and personal belonging to your loved ones.
-Learning how preparing for a good end-of-life can help you live a better today.
This package includes: Intake session to customize the planning process to your needs; series of virtual or in-person or virtual; templates and/or exercises; and a detailed final plan.
